Investment questions

What returns can I expect?
It depends on the deal structure. Direct acquisitions typically target 15 to 20 percent total return over 2 to 4 years. Leveraged co-investments in development projects can reach 30 percent or more, with proportionally higher risk.
What is the minimum investment?
Minimum ticket is typically €500,000. Some co-investment structures allow lower entry, we discuss this case by case.
How are deals structured legally?
All transactions use Spanish legal structures: SPA (purchase contract), notary completion, and independent legal representation for the buyer. We work with experienced property lawyers in Marbella.
Can I invest remotely?
Yes. Most of our investors are based in Norway, Sweden, or elsewhere in Europe. We handle all on-the-ground coordination. You review documents, approve decisions, and sign remotely via poder notarial if needed.
What happens if the deal falls through?
The deal memo includes clear downside scenarios. If a transaction collapses before completion, we return deposits and explain exactly what went wrong.
How do I get access to a deal?
Contact us directly. We do not list deals publicly. Memos are shared after an initial conversation and mutual fit is established.
